Description We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will manage a team of managers, training managers, and other direct reports.
Skills 1) Provide inspired leadership for the organization. 2)Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. 3)Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. 4)Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. 5)Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. 6)Work with senior stakeholders. 7)Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
